This unit features ceramic tile wood look flooring throughout with ceramic tile in the master bath. There is over 1300 sq. ft. inside, and a 30 ft. balcony that offers an endless view down the coast. This 2 BR-2 Bath unit also has bunk beds that are perfect for the kids.  The unit will sleep 8 and has a king size bed in the master bedroom with a queen size bed in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa.

Guests can view the bay from the front door which offers a full glass door for an unobstructed view, and the ocean from the living room sliding glass doors or the master bedroom sliding glass doors. The views are indescribable.  The open floor plan allows smooth yet functional traffic flow from the foyer, kitchen, dining and living areas and offers a split-bedroom design. 

The living room sliding glass doors have a permanent ramp for easy access to the balcony for those who are mobility restricted, and also features a raised sitting area on the balcony which offers better visibility of the ocean and the coast.   

The fully equipped kitchen makes eating in fun and easy, yet the many, many restaurants, bars and grills in the local area are not to be missed.
