For wheelchair users this ship is not the best. Many of the doors are not automatic, especially going into the self-serve restaurant and accessing the promenade deck. Although the ship does have a hoist which enables access to the exterior pool and hot tub, when we asked to use it, the main battery and the spare were flat. Being an older ship, there is no access to the front of the theatre, and wheelchair users are right at the back with a 'safety bar' right in their line of sight. Like most other cruise lines, Princess offers little in the way of wheelchair accessible excursions ; we did our own thing using public transport, and this itinerary it worked just fine. The food was nothing special and at times unappealing as it was either almost cold or luke warm. Entertainment in the evenings was hood from the musical groups onboard, but the stage shows were mediocre. The cabins are in need of serious refurbishment in the bathroom areas. Overall a big disappointment from Princess
