Because the accommodation is one of the most important aspects of the accessible tourism, since the year 2016 we personally inspected more than 50 hotels in Slovenia. Only in the capital Ljubljana we inspected 10 accommodation facilities. Website
Anže, a wheelchair user and a member of our mobile inspection team travelled all around the country, did the room measurements, made the photographs, prepared the videos to be 100% sure that the Hotels (and its additional facilities) are accessible and suitable for the wishes and needs of the disabled people. We have cooperation with several Hotels (from 3 to 5 star properties) in different regions – from the Central Slovenia, Eastern Slovenia, the Alpine region (Bled and Bohinj lakes), area of the Slovenian Littoral and even the Croatian Istria.
We are planning also to inspect the accommodation facilities in other neighbouring states (Italy, Austria, Hungary) and countries in the region and have as well inspected the accessibility of several hotels in the capital of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Sarajevo.
As Enable My Trip is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation we rely solely on donations and fund raising to keep our services truly free for users and providers. We are not a travel agent or trip organiser; You will need to contact the provider(s) directly to make reservations.
