The triplex has a capacity of 10 beds, an area of 330 m2 which has 3 floors that are all connected by an elevator.
The lower ground floor consists of a bedroom with 2 beds with shower room, WC, private garden, and playroom.
The upper ground floor consists of a bedroom with 3 beds with shower room, WC, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, pantry, entrance hall with guest WC, a living/dining room, WiFi, flat-screen TV.
The first floor consists of two bedrooms with 2 beds, a double bedroom with balcony, a shower room, and separate WC.
A closed garage for 2 cars is available as well as many outdoor parking spaces.
