The Marsham Court Hotel offers a variety of comfortable rooms some with balconies and wonderful views over Bournemouth’s golden sandy beaches. The hotel features spacious guest rooms outfitted with modern lifestyle amenities, including high speed wireless internet. Please note that all of our bedrooms and bathrooms differ in shape and size and are furnished accordingly. 

Our 5 accessible rooms feature profiling beds and removable ceiling hoists, a wet room and all have an electronic/magnetic entry key. One of the rooms has the option of a connecting double/twin room with bathroom.

These bedrooms have recently been adapted further to assist our guests with more specific needs. 

1st Floor Accessible rooms – close, level access to the lifts

107 – Double room for up to 2 guests. Profiling Kingsize bed with 2 separately controlled mattresses – removable ceiling hoist. Wet room. Dog Friendly. This room connects with :

108 – Standard double/twin room for up to 2 guests. Bathroom (shower over). Dog Friendly.

109 – Twin room for up to 2 guests. 2 Profiling Single beds & removable ceiling hoist. Wet room. Dog Friendly.

2nd Floor Accessible rooms – close, level access to the lifts.

214 – Double room for up to 2 guests. Profiling Kingsize bed with 2 separately controlled mattresses, removable ceiling hoist. Wet room. 

215 – Twin room for up to 2 guests. 2 Single Profiling beds & removable ceiling hoist. Wet room. 

204 – Family room for up to 4 guests. Kingsize bed plus 2 single profiling beds with removable ceiling hoist above. Wet room.

The beds profile to 85 degrees at the head and 12 inches up from under the knee which will then bring the feet up to a position that is most comfortable for the guest. They also adjust 18 inches vertically to assist carers when lifting. These adapted rooms are only available to book direct with the hotel. There is a sensory room for guests to use and a 'Changing Places' toilet and shower room is also available. Access at the front of the hotel is via a wheelchair lift - there is level access from the car park at the rear of the hotel. Accessible bus services are a short stroll away.
