About Holiday Homes Trust

We specialise in family holiday accommodation and cater to a wide range of needs. All of the Trust’s caravans are fully wheelchair accessible, inside and out with wheelchair accessible ramps. All of our caravans have wet rooms.

Blue Dolphin Holiday Park sits on a high cliff edge, giving some brilliant views out over the sea below.  It is located just a few miles from Scarborough town with its sandy beaches.  The park has  heated indoor and outdoor pools and a multi lane waterslide.

There is family entertainment in the Showbar with daily stage shows and regular guest performers.  There is a free kids club and family activities with the FunStars every day.  If you fancy eating out there is a Pappa John’s Pizza, Mash and Barrel Restaurant and bar, fish and chip shop and Burger King, all on site.

There is lots to keep you entertained on the park with sports and leisure facilities like crazy golf, Laser Combat and archery, indoor SportsDome with a climbing wall and roller disco.  The park also boasts a fresh water fishing lake.

Nearby are the North Yorkshire moors, a classic steam train that runs between Pickering and Whitby, Scarborough’s Sea Life Aquariam, and Flamingo Land theme park.
