Higher Grenna Farm is a small holding close to the village of Perranwell. All our beautifully converted barns are nestling in the quiet Cornish countryside, surrounded by footpaths and narrow country lanes.
We are just a short hop from the city of Truro and the harbour town of Falmouth. And within reach of the Lizard, Bodmin Moor or Penwith by car. All our barns are within easy walking distance of the Maritime Line, a beautiful rural branch line offering lots of exciting opportunities for days out.

The Home Barn, The Granary Barn and The Snug have been beautifully converted from traditional buildings into comfortable holiday accommodation. Secluded yet accessible, Higher Grenna Farm is peacefully situated just outside the village of Perranwell, between Truro and Falmouth.
The Granary has been designed to offer comfortable accommodation for those with limited mobility. It features wider, wheelchair friendly doorways, low thresholds, no steps and a walk-in shower, plus a ramp to cover the small steps which is available on request – please ask when booking.
The Granary barn conversion was completed early in 2008. Originally the grain store, it is a few fields away from our main farm house. This is a single story property, so perfect for those with limited mobility.
