Within the historic White Sulphur District High School – home of the “Green Devils,” and one of the first high schools to open in Greenbrier County in 1912 – The Schoolhouse Hotel invites travellers to the heart of White Sulphur Springs. Key to the hotel experience are the great strides that were taken by ownership to implement ADA-compliant features and ensure accessibility for all guests and visitors. These range from synthetic grass for guide animals in the hotel’s entry to horn and strobe devices for fire alarms, touchpad-control toilets in all bathrooms to wheelchair and scooter storage space in the lobby, restaurants, and ballroom.
The Schoolhouse Hotel offers accommodations in 30 guest rooms including two suites.
Standard Double - Our standard double rooms are ADA compliant and feature nightstands with storage and a spacious bathroom. Our interactive high-definition television allows you to communicate with the front desk using only voice commands. With views over White Sulphur Springs, these rooms, located on the first and second floors, are ideally suited for the business traveler.

Superior Double Double - These 300-plus square feet rooms are ADA compliant and feature nightstands with storage and a spacious bathroom. Deluxe Jr. Suite - Offering nearly 400-square feet of living space, these suites feature a king bed, sofa bed, ADA compliant amenities, nightstands with storage, and a spacious bathroom. Queen Queen Suite - Offering nearly 800-square feet of living space, this spacious, family-friendly suite features two queen beds, sofa bed, sitting area, HDTV, ADA compliant amenities, nightstands with storage, and a spacious bathroom. Our interactive high-definition television allows you to communicate with the front desk using only voice commands. With views over White Sulphur Springs, this suite, located on the second floor, sleeps up to six people and is perfect for spending a wonderful few days exploring the area with family. The suite also adjoins the King Suite next door, offering the ability to host a family of 10 when booked together.
