Beamsley Project is set in relaxing gardens and is in the building of the former Beamsley Methodist Church. We are very easily accessible on the side of the A59 Preston to York road. Located between Skipton and Harrogate and between the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and the fascinating Pennine moors of Ilkley and Haworth.
Beamsley offers two options of self catering accommodation -
Our Centre - accommodates between 12 and 24 guests over 8 bedrooms, ideal for school groups, corporate groups, community groups, churches groups as well as teaching, training, retreats, workshops and choir practice.
Our Cottage - accommodates up to 6 guests over 3 bedrooms, ideal for families, care homes and respite care (carers provided by yourself).
The main bathroom has a bath, shower, adult size changing table and ceiling track hoist. There are 2 wet rooms on site.
We particularly specialise in holidays for people with additional needs and have a range of equipment such as mobile hoists, lifts, cot sides and electric profiling beds available in both the Centre and the Cottage.
There is ample parking within 20 metres of the building and you can unload wheelchairs, buggies and shopping undercover.
Catering: although most guests enjoy the self-catering facilities we know that some people like to have some or all their meals made. See our outside catering options.
The Beamsley Project is an independent charity with over 20 years experience in providing accessible, self-catering holiday accommodation in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. We provide fully accessible accommodation for individuals with disabilities, their families and groups with disabilities. We cater for all your needs however complex to ensure that your have a hassle free holiday or short break.
