We have made considerable effort to make the experience more inclusive, with hand rails in bathrooms, magnifying glasses in reception, large print menus and so on.  We have an accessible self catering apartment, which is on the ground floor, and has its own access via a short ramp. The bed has been specially lowered, and there is an ensuite wetroom, with extensive hand rails and shower chair. The kitchen, whilst not adapted, is spacious enough for easy wheelchair access and manoeuvring. The ovens are ‘eye height’ and the hob is electric with visual heat indicators.
