Our spacious cottages in Norfolk are hidden away in the heart of the Norfolk Broads between the villages of Horning and Ludham. With amazing walks on the doorstep, we are surrounded by wildlife and award-winning beaches which are just 20 minutes drive away.
Hall Farm can cater for large groups wanting to visit the Norfolk Broads, sleeping a minimum of 2 – 54 people. If you have a large group you would like to book for then please contact us.
The needs of our disabled guests have been carefully considered with all cottages having level access, a wheelchair adapted downstairs bedroom and ensuite shower room, and other mobility aids to make your stay comfortable. Disabled Facilities
All cottages at Hall Farm have a level paved access from your car, an open plan living area, and a downstairs bedroom with en-suite roll-in shower room (excluding 'The Loft'). They are ideally suited for those who have mobility problems or are disabled, and who are accompanied by a companion or helper. All en-suite, roll-in, shower rooms have hand rails, lever taps on the vanity basin, and plenty of room to manoeuvre.
Shower chairs or stools, and raised toilet seats are available on request.We stock many items of equipment, (e.g. shower chairs, wheelchairs, bed sides) which we will supply free of charge when available.
All of our beautiful holiday cottages are Dog Friendly! You are more than welcome to bring your dog along with you, with walks on the doorstep and a fully enclosed area for those dogs that like to explore!
