Completed in 2005 and set on a corner lot this wheelchair accessible private vacation home has 3,061sq ft of fully air-conditioned living space and will accommodate 12 people with ease.  The front path leading up to the house is level access.   The home has a spacious living area, a formal dining area, a large open plan kitchen, 6 bedrooms comprising of 2 King en-suite (one of which is located upstairs), 2 Queen bedrooms 1 with en suite and 1 with adjoining bathroom,  plus 2 twin bedrooms 1 with en suite bathroom and one with one half bathroom (consisting of sink and toilet)

The villa has a 28 x 15ft pool  with a large deck area and screen plus plenty of comfortable chairs and recliners to relax on.  At night the underwater floodlighting illuminates both pools.  The deck area also has a fence to safeguard children from accessing the pool.  The pool has an electric pool hoist with interchangeable chair or bed.  There are also ramps leading into the living room, the master bedroom downstairs and the pool shower room/toilet from the pool deck to the house.

The fabulous spa is the place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine, especially after a busy day at the theme parks. Both pools can be heated (recommended during the cooler winter months) for an additional charge.
