The hotel has two accessible rooms (2 & 3) with a large wet room/roll-in shower. These are on the ground floor and access to the main hotel is via a ramp through the bar area. Situated in acres of gardens, the hotel is popular as a weddings venue or as a base to explore the Sussex and Kent countryside. There is an extensive spa/health club but there is no swimming pool or hot tub  access by ramp or hoist.
