About Tywyn Holiday Bungalow

Holiday Bungalow

We own a bungalow in Tywyn, on the Mid-Wales coast, for of our members and their families to use. It is also available for hire to non-members.The bungalow is specially adapted to accommodate people with physical disabilities.  There is a mobile hoist at the bungalow, which is suitable for all age groups and a wet room makes showering easier.

The bungalow accommodation has 2 Bedrooms, Lounge, Modern Kitchen, Bathroom with walk-in shower, and outside garden area with seating.


Kitchen

The bungalow has been tastefully refurbished and offers a modern kitchen.   The kitchen is fitted with electric oven/grill, fridge freezer, table top freezer, washing machine,  dishwasher, combination microwave, ironing board and iron.


Lounge

There’s a spacious lounge with French doors which lead to the outside area.  The furniture also includes three high backed armchairs, a double sofa bed a dining table with 4 chairs and a TV with inbuilt DVD player and a selection of DVDs.


Shower room

The bungalow has a wet-room with grab rails.  A standard shower chair with wheels is available for use as required and also a removable raised toilet seat.


Bedrooms

Bedroom One

One single remote control profile bed and one other single bed.  A hydraulic mobile hoist and sling is available.  There is a wall mounted TV in this room.  There is a bed rail for use if needed.

Bedroom Two

Two single beds. TV/DVD player in this room. All bed linen and towels are provided in both bedrooms, with spare linen located in the airing cupboard if required. A travel cot is available for use, but please bring your own bed linen for this.  Waterproof mattress protectors are stored in the airing cupboard if required.


INFORMATION ABOUT BOOKING

Bookings are subject to availability and approval of the Committee.  A £100 deposit is required and will be forfeited if you cancel less than 6 weeks of arrival date and the bungalow cannot be re let.   Full payment is required 6 weeks before arrival.  A security deposit of £100 is required and will be returned within 7 days of the end of your holiday, less the cost of damage/breakages.


Arrival time is not before 5.00pm on the date of arrival and departure time is not later than 10.00am on date of departure. The key is in a key box at the rear of the property.  You will be given the key code when the final balance is paid.


Free Wifi is available at the bungalow.  Please use the password key on the router.

Heating and electricity is included in the price.

Parking for two vehicles is available in the driveway.

A flat  tarmac courtyard is situated at the side and rear of the property  and garden chairs and a table are available.


Please DO NOT smoke inside the property.     Sorry but pets are not permitted.
